Professional Experience

Mark Goldman has dedicated the past 26 years to planning and programming justice facilities for juveniles and adults. His areas of expertise include jails, courts, justice system offices, and juvenile detention centers. Goldman's education in sociology, corrections, architecture, and planning combined with his "hands on" work experience have given him the knowledge and skills to study and plan for justice facilities. He has worked in many facets in the justice system as a counselor, a grant writer, a resource coordinator, a parole evaluator, an intake officer, and as a staff-supervisor.

Goldman was Director of Planning and Programming for a construction/program management firm. Additionally, as Director of Criminal Justice Facilities Planning and Programming for a large architecture and engineering firm, he planned dozens of justice facilities, including courts, detention, and correctional facilities for juveniles and adults from coast to coast.
